**You may not realize** We get many people call and come to us after their reservation at a different rental property was abruptly canceled last minute with no alternatives provided due to overbooking, sale of a second home or other reasons. This can ruin your vacation. We don’t cancel. This is our business, with 10 units professionally operated, we strive to be the best. Your choice where to stay on your vacation is very important.

Two charges that are required & added to each condo rental:

Only $500. (per week/per unit) to immediately reserve, then 50% of rental in ten days, balance due 90 days before arrival.
$500. returnable security deposit will be added to all reservations.

**With 10 units, we can accommodate large families needing multiple units** Sorry, No prom or Graduation rentals. NO young group rentals. For group rentals, everyone in the group must be over the age of 27. Any misrepresentation of information or ages will void/cxl rental. (This age requirement applies only to groups, not families with children.)
